Curious as to what class you run: When we first started running the 72 Coupe, I ran in stock class and the car was very competitive at local autocross (our Version of Gymkhana). Never found the car to have a lot of roll.

240Z springs will fit on the 1200 strut perches but will likely raise the nose unless you cut a coil out (legal in South africa?) I seem to recall the 120Y front bar can be made to fit.

If your in a mod class then lowering the car should be easy enough and getting a set of sway bars would be the way to go. sizes we use are 7/8 front and 5/8 rear which I think is around 21mm and 15mm roughly.

We have very small rear wheel drive classes,1 for under 2000cc and 1for over 2000cc,front wheel drives are huge thouth

I have a alfa romeo limted slip diff in the back that made the back end come down a bit now it stands with the front end higher than the back, that can be the cause
I can cut springs as my car is not road legal

click on my web link ,maybe that can give an idea

1200 GX uses the same springs as regular 1200: 89.6 lb/in

B210 (120Y) springs are slightly heavier, but not by much. They are longer though. B310 front springs are 90.7 lb/in for A12 engine.

Most racers look for somewhere around 175 to 225 pounds is what I've heard.
