I have about 5 flywheels in the shed at the moment. 2 A15 and 2 A12 as I have given some away but the end result is the same for them all. 8.2kg. The main difference being that the A15 is deeper by approx 8mm which makes it a pain in the arse if you stick an A15 on an A12 gearbox because the clutch throwout is different depth also.

Yes, I forgot about that:

It should be a matched set:
Flywheel + Throwout bearing carrier + Engine back plate

Early A-engines don't use a back plate.

I remember measuring the A12 at 9.1 and an A14 one at 9.9kg.

I guess all our scales are probably not calibrated.

I would imagine that an A15 from a vanette would have a heavier flywheel than an A15 from a sunny. Same goes for a 1200 ute. In theory it should be heavier due to the commercial nature of the vehicle.

theres a pic on the tech section that shows the two wide by side, i also used a a12 on a15 but lightened it as well
