mate
Go to a mechanic that specialises in these things.
I bought carbies and head that were perfectly matched and didn't have to touch the jetting(famous last words).
My mechanic ended up using a sensor up the exhaust and a series of road runs to 6000rpms to jet and then fine tune the carbies.
No offence but I think tuning them may be out of your depth if you are trying to jet carbies on the internet.
Cheers
Bob

have a look at this site, it primarily deals with pinto's but has the calculations needed for choke and jet selection for other engines
