It might be that the file you're trying to upload is of the wrong type, or that it's to big. But more likely the wrong type...

Make sure that your photo is under 15Kb. I had a similar problem trying to load my avatar and that was my problem, though i don't know if the message i was getting had those numbers

looks like that is the problem!! Anyone know how to shrink a photo so it will only be 15kb? As I have no idea, damn computers!!!
