why twin turbo when u can use one big one and get longer pull! thats why tha japenese have single turbo's on GTR skylines !
my advise is 2 get forged pistons get a GT28 and boost tha hell out of it thats what im doing!

Please dont think that i am butting in although i thought that the reason that people use twin turbo set ups was to get longer pull ????

twin turbo set-ups are designed so that the boost is constant through a higher rev are torque range than a single turbo where once it has reached max boost there really isnt a lot more that the engine can do.

With twin or sequential turbo set up, the first turbo is a lot smaller than the second to assist with different boost or intake in different rev ranges ???

Yes. With a big single turbo, you can get a lot of boost at high rpm, but with dual turbo you can get the same AND more boost at lower rpms.

The main reason more turbo cars aren't twin turbo are 1) cost 2) complexity 3) need, for example drag cars don't need low-rpm tractability 4) cost and 5) cost

you forgot 6) cost and 7, 8, 9 and 10) cost.... hehehe

The fastest GTR's in Japan and Aus are Twin Turbo. HKS',Veilside,GTR700,RH9, Munro's, Keir Wilson's are all twin turbo.

TRU BUT I STILL REKON THAT IF U USE A BIGGER TURBO IT WILL BE JUST THA SAME AS 2 LITTLE ONE'S IF A DIFFERENCE JUST ADD A BIT OF NOS... NOS = FUN!

I reckon the T28 roller is the way to go...
I bought one brand new about 3 years ago from ATS in SA for 1500, they are a great upgrade for a ca. They cannot be rebuilt though so you are better off finding one in excellent cond. And for the ca , way to go , a motor that likes to rev....
They cant be to bad as there are two in QLD daily drivers that are doin consistant 10ssss
