anybody know much about Z18et import prices?

hi guys im looking at going with another Z18et in the 1200 coupe roller that im looking at buying, purely because its engineered to have one in it and it will bolt in.
i would like to know if anybody has recently price an import engine off anybody, and who would you recomend?
even people that you have delt with to get imported parts from in nsw

yeah ive definatly got my work cut out for me finding one, and then paying for one.
im sorta starting to think about putting it in the shed and going down the sr20, or even 13bt paths.
is a 13b turbo legal in a 1200 coupe???
or am i thinking of the 12a?

WHY Z SERIES. THEY ARE HARD TO FIND ANYTHING FOR EXCEPT GASKETS LOL. U CAN GET A L SERIES LEGAL AND THEY ARE PREETY MUCH THE SAME ENGINE. GOOD ENOUGH FOR 300HP AND THEY HAVE PARTS IN EVERY WRECKER. PARTS ARE GETTING CHEAP TOO.

I think you are forgetting that z series engines came out in nearly every commercial nissan and datsun prior to 1985. Just use a l18 bottom end with a z series head and intake manifold. Then just ask around on ozdat for a z18et turbo manifold. They are common as

there were a couple on ebay about a month back that an importer was selling

thinking back to when i could have bought a supposed 200hp+ Z18t that was in a bluebird sitting in a paddock down the road from my place for many years....think he wanted about $1000 for the whole car minus computer

the reason for keeping the z18et is because it is engineered with a z18et in it and its got mad personalised plates to match the z18.
so a 180b bottom end with the z18 head and inlet manifold does it huh?
i have herd somwhere that you use the z20 timing chain, or is that if i use the 200b bottom end?
