I will ring around and see what i can get from my dealer but im going to say all the ones near me will be flogged by now.

so i might need to source from interstate.

The front 1200 bar Part number would be a great start if anyone can help out?.

You shouldnt need a part number, "Datsun 1200 front bumper" should be enough...

I called all over sydney today and its amazing how they all tell you something different.

From: Your dreaming mate you wont get one, to ive checked all the nissan dealers and no stock available in the country.

Then i had another bloke who said the origional bar i wanted wasnt available and offered an alternative bar with four small holes in the top (That was for the grill to sit in??) Dont know what that is off.

And finally i got help from a guy who could order the correct bar from Japan and would be available in a few weeks. Good price too.

This is a lesson to not give up after the first few that laugh and tell you your dreaming, they either dont know or couldnt be bothered looking.

So the chrome bar (origional) is in the bag.
