that ute diff will most likely end up in the rally coupe as the wider track wouldnt be that bad and ill just roll the guards or put flares on it.
i have a drum brake bluebird diff to go in the wagon just going to try make the drums more high performance then stock as i dont want to hack the wagon up to much

ok cool

Edit: i haven't had a good look yet,
but how much do you reckon the calipers
foul by? I was thinking if its only a bit
then i might widen the track a little
when shortening the bluebird diff
Your thoughts?

SR=heavy front end which means not so good handling and traction issues
a series = light which when in the far better car such as the datsun 1000 will acheive a far better all round car that is better on fuel, better at handling and far less traction issues
datsun 1000 you know you want one

SR20 = you scared... To quote you, " WAY too much power" I say, not enough power, you're just too young to know how to have fun, yu need a tar road with plenty oftraction, then you'll know what it's all about........

not scared of it if i was scared why would i be building an a series motor that is gunna #### all over your sr20? i dont particularly like going sideways on a dirt road and heading for a ditch/fence especially in someone elses car? and stop putting #### all through my build thread lol
oh and why dont you put in the rest of my quote? i said to much power for a light ass car on dirt or slippery surface

Looks like a good job on the paint Brent, are you painting yourself?

I think 1000collector has the entire collection of 1000's and, he has extra 4 and 2 doors I think. Went to his place in Adelaide early last year and it was like being in 1000 paradise.

So this is the A12 GX one?
