What are my options to change to front disc brakes on my 1K? ( apart from the GE sigma)

I have heard the datsun C20 (or C22) van and vanette will work. Has anyone done this?
Thanks
Mal

ahh lets clear this up i havent actually done the conversion yet but know of a person who has done it and they have told me pretty much how to do it
things you need
vannette front assembily
vannette upper and lower ball joints
1600 tie rod ends
bit of modification here and there
this setup causes some issues apparently you may get some scrubbing at full lock not 100% on what causes it
it also give you about 3 degrees of neg camber

Dattoman_1000 is a brake specialist & a Datsun 1000 owner.
He engineered a ventilated rotor disc brake conversion for B10's years ago.
It's a true bolt-in conversion & uses the caliper & rotor from a Laser or Mazda model.

The hubs are billet, so they are perfect & use standard bearings. I elected to get the new made brake hoses, but the stock Laser ones could be used.

He's also based in Perth, so it would pay to drop him a line as he is a VERY helpfull chap.

This thread is relevant

OK thanks for the replies guys.
That clears it up.
For simplicity and $$ I like the Sigma option

And last i heard from Neil(dattoman1000) he has no kits left and has no intention to make any more up!

Its a good kit though but im sure the sigma one will be just as good.
