I would have to agree with Mitch_photog. The difficultly seems to be in separating the H2O into hydrogen and oxygen at a fast enough rate to satisfy the engine. All of the info I've researched indicates a significant amount of electricity to separate water and still takes time to produce only marginal amounts(compared to electricity used).
Sure you could store a quantity of pure hydrogen but that sounds to be the wrong way to go in the event of collision.
I'm not saying it's not possible, but I don't think we are quite there yet.

back to the actual system perthute is running..
I dont want to sound like Im knocking the system so far, Im keeping an open mind..

I think chris was getting at what I suspected all along might be happening that is modest gains in economy and power might partly be water injection at work improving compression and cylinder filling etc.

Its hard to see in the u-tube vid but I want to know if the vacuum line in the jar is ABOVE the water or IMMERSED.

If 12V and around 90 amp is actually enough to release a usable flow of hydrogen, why is it commonly believed that a lot of electricity is required?
Maybe that is just a popular myth like electric cars being slow that puts off development for now.

If the HHO is being used to suplement the petrol/gasoline then large volumes would not be required.
If the engine was to actually run exclusively on the stuff, then that could be a different story.

There are currently 127 youtube clips from this one man that are worth a look through. Newest ones first. Pick a few & check them out. His test methods are worthwhile overall but the clips, like me, are a bit long winded.
Patience here may well be rewarded.

mitch there are some vids on you tube of guys making hho with a sola pannel the size of a pack of smokes
and when you go to jump start someone you hook up the leads you hear the motor load up coz of the drain , when we turn on the hho cell on theres no change in how the car runs so i put this hole takes more nrg to make stuff in the bs pile but in saying that we tryed other designs of just making hho and we had jumper leads about to melt and no manny hho bubbles

1000 coupe the vac line is above the water so it sucks the gas coming off the water

and we use a 20amp fuse on the hillman
the water stays at room temt or a lil above

a good movie at the shops is who killed the electric car on a side note :)

Your point??
As far as I can tell, this is an ongoing project. He has been identifying problems & finding solutions to each one in turn. If a running car can be successfully engineered, I presume that one will be forthcoming when all of the issues are successfully addressed.

It would seem that, like fuel injection, electronics may hold the key to finally succeeding with a suplementary system, ..... perhaps.
I'll just watch & hopefully learn.
