Radiators, What are the L series guys using in 1200's?
Posted on: 2008/9/10 3:59
I was looking at the ca18 s13 radiator on the cheap but wondered what other people are using for L series in thier 1200's?
I know someone is using a Camry one, i need a thin but effective one in hot weather due to the extra thermal load of the air con system going in too

Don't know about in a 1200, but in my sunny i used a combination of early N12 pulsar headers
& core with Sunny sides & the larger outlets from a Stanza radiator. This might be too wide for the 1200, as it's slightly wider than the standard Sunny radiator.

I not to shore what mine is but its around 5-600 long sits underneith the radiator support, you only have about 10mm in between the fan pully and have got to run thermo's, mine is for sale PM me if you keen, i putting CA in at moment only reason for sale, xcellent condition, always run Donaldson Coolant since i have had it no probs at all.

CA18 S13 fits, it's fairly close for height, and it the width of the entire rad support panel.
