I'm in the process of reassembling a 60 series dogleg 5 speed (FS5W60L) and require as much info as possible.
Does anyone have a copy of a FS5W60L transmission manual?

Could anyone tell me if there is meant to be any clearance between the main bearing in the s/plate and the two thrust washers (spacers) either side?

I'm under the impression that there should be no clearance, can anyone else confirm?

Cheers

PM me your email, and I can send you a manual for an H pattern 60 series box. Not 100% same, but the principles are the same.

Did someone say my name? My revvy super senses were tingling.

I'm suprised that you didn't ring. I'll come over and give you a hand Nick.

Although be warned, I'm a little crook and if I stifle a cough A booger the size of a golf ball shoots out the schnoz!

Is there one for a 60L? I guess it is really only the gear layout and the different selector forks that are different.
