Depending what year model 120Y you have you may have to remove the brackets closest to the tunnel and remount them the same height has the ones near the doors.

Forget carrying back seat passengers with fixed buckets haha

3mm stainless adaptor plate or weld up a square braket to suit I have bolted the 3mm stainless sheet under the seats then bolted the seat runners to it. You do need to keep the rails as it wont pass rego with out movment mine moves about 2cm but thats all it needs

with a late model 120Y you actually need to remove the brackets that the rails bolt to (on the floor) or else the seat will hit the roof.

6cm difference? as in one rail sits 6cm higher than the other?
If so, are you sure the seat isnt rediculously high for comfortable driving?

yes the rail is 6cm diferent from the other,

it gives-me a good driving position, and i think all the 120y are like mine.
