Can anyone recommend bore sizes for master cylinders, front im running 280zx calipers and rear bluebird S2 calipers. I was going to run an urvan 1" tandem master but now I need a single master for front and rear.

i used to have really good pedal feel in my red coupe running sunny booster and 180b master. (hi-lux 4 spots up front and bluey setup down back)

i would say use that combo

i think once you get to four wheel discs is when you start needing a booster

Sorry should of been more clearer, im using this pedal box with balance bar so I need 2 single masters, one for front brakes and one for the rear. 2.25" or 57.15mm bolt spacing which is same as factory I think.

Sikyne has suggested I try 5/8 on the front and 3/4 on the rear as a starting point, does anyone know of single masters with a remote resoviour in that size, im thinking urvan clutch masters?

I have emailed them regarding pedal ratio.

I just had a rough measure of the pic and it appears to have a pedal ratio of about 8:1.
I wish i had found one of these before spending 50 hours building mine!!

Because of the high ratio you could go larger than i earlier suggested, maybe the same as me. 3/4 front 13/16 rear.
This would give you a good high pedal, at the expence of a slightly higher pedal effort.
I`d rather push a touch harder than have a pedal that goes nearly to the floor.

If I was single this is what I would of got and if I didn't have the will power I would now be single.

I'm going to have a look at master cylinders on the weekend, most vans have remote fill systems and bolt spacing is pretty universal, I'll look for those sizes.

I think the only issue I might have is fitting it, the worst case scenario is making a new steering column brace and dash support.

A friend priced one similar to the Tilton unit in the pic and was $4000!!

Because i made mine from scratch the mounts are part of the pedal assembly, and mounts between the dash bar of the cage and the firewall.
Do you have a welded in cage?

They are scarily expensive. The masters alone are more than my whole brake setup.

My cage is welded in but I don't have a under dash bar, I was going to wait a year or so and add dash bar, more diagonals and fully seam weld the car. It would make mounting this a lot easier.
