Ok, I caved in. This was at Conargo pub, the Thursday night before the Deni Ute muster this year.

The ute muster was sensational, and yes lachie, you win, and I think that was my second for the night. We had already done some hat skulls earlier, so it was a natural progression.....

And from WA it was about 35 hours doing the speed limit each way. Its not the distance, its the fuel cost that is the killer. Nearly $2500 in fuel!!! Its cheaper to fly over, yet if you do the numbers even per person, planes produce more bad gasses for the enviroment. Go figure.
And so, I wont be going to deni in 09, but planning for 2010. Wanna go to a BNS in Murray Bridge in SA next year. No distance too far to go to a BNS.
