I had an appointment today for my smog test, the last one ever, from then on, exempted forever. Not yet! the guy in charge is a bum, he was not around, so I had to reschedule for tomorrow. So I will have to drive the Datto all capped. I had to change the main primary jet from 140 to 130. The main iddle also came down from 52 to 50. Also, all the factory air filter sysyem is been installed, what a drag, it feels sluggish, lazy, if I floor it, it hesitates(contrary to before, with 140 main , and Weber tall air filter, the response was inmediate and strong!)...I do not like it like this. After the test, I will rid the car not only of the stock air filter and small jets, but all the rest of the air valves, and will install the headers. One question, it is an A15 with the H72 oval head. What size pipe do you guys recomend for the after header pipe? No more catalic converter, so I think a pipe to a glass pack muffler(or a turbo muffler, whichever better)and better performance I think, I hope,I will get.
