I havea 56A 5 dogleg five speed that needs to be fixed.

One bearing is completelly destroyed and the sincros are in bad shape.

Were can i find some new sincros, or can i make new ones?

And what about the rebild manual? were can i found?

Not sure if you can get new syncros but you can replace them with standard 56A syncros (eg servicable used ones). May need to replace each pair if the ones in your 5 speed are the steel type rather than brass liek 4 speeds.

Bearings - take the worn ones to any bearing outfit and ask for replacements.

4-sped and 5-sped synchros are very different.

Yes - but they can be swapped for the standard brass/4-speed type and work fine. You'll need to press the cone off the gear and press on the one to match the brass type. Works fine in my one

You may need the Japan-market service manual, since that was the only place this transmission was sold. It will be in Japanese, but all the measurements are easy to pick out.
