Yeah,probbably not far short of that.
You need to hit a front end machine with a heap of pre made and drilled alloy or thick walled round tube of various lenghts and some coventional shims,some looong high tensile bolts with normal nuts(to make changes easy) but once your happy with the set up change them for nylocks.

It's time consuming and fiddly but well worth it in the end.
