i think the hoon laws are good. i laugh everytime i see someone has their car confiscated.
some dumb pricks just dont get it. you may think your all hot sh1t behind the wheel and say 'ive never had a prang ever' till your blue in the face, you just cant be prepared for anything even a tyre blowing out when your all alone somewhere on a back road.
but there is no point in arguing about it, some people are just too dumb and wont get it until they are lying dead in a car with some poor bugger having to hose you off the front seat.
