Can you guys explain me , what to look for and how to check a car condition when buying a used car by your's great experience, Need much information with detailed please. I have gone through lot of internet articles ,but i need some idea's of datsun family guys,through out their life with cars

Rust look every where underneath the dash all under the car expect some in an old car but who wants to chase it all over the car. Especially in places where layers of sheet metal meet and you have to unpick spot welds that gets painful. You can replace all mechanical parts. So my view is focus on the body.

engines cheap
gearbox cheap
diff cheap
rust repairs EXPENSIVE
i would rather have a good shell with a dead drivetrain than vice versa
