As the title says, I'm wondering if I can adapt a B&M cable shifter to my 3N71B auto box?

I've had a search around and can't seem to find a definitive answer.. some say you can, some say you cant

..also there's a few wires on the box which I'm not 100% sure on where they go, are there any diagrams floating around?

Any help would be much appreciated

Cheers,
Sam

Two wires should be for the reverse lights and two wires coming out the larger canister are for the neutral safety switch which should stop the engine starting in gear.

Awesome. Yep, I assume there will be some custom bracket work required.

I'll take some new progress pics of the Mini.

..and thanks Sean for the wires
