cant do 13bt or a 13b.. u can only do a 12a coz they class them as a 2ltr..

ca18det is easy for sumone if ur mechical minded.. and easy for power..

dazz1200...

u use the cams so u can dail the big turbo in for mid range.. seein as ca's has #### mid range but sweet top end power

i like how the CAs bad point is they die when you up the boost coz they are old....if your wanting the engine to make half decent power wouldnt you go straight for a rebuild with forgies rather than seeing how long a stock engine will last

anyways, in a 1200 id go a CA over an SR mainly due to weight and size issues. if you were mounting the SR back a couple of inches into the fire wall it would all be good. but can see that getting engineered

Quote:
greeedy u pay for the name.. all u need on an engine is cams, big turbo and remappp and u will make around 250 260rwkw on a ca18det if ur tuner can tune

i think its abit harder than that to make that kind of power
even on decent boost 20psi with a gt2876r you will be lucky to make 220rwkw
