just installed an electric fuel pump and i want to put a fuel regulator in aswell, just wondering what pressure it needs to be set at?

why electric? stock mechanical is good enough for 32/36 on an a series? so about 4-6 psi max

sorry i should've mentiond its an a12. Mech pump is stuffed and i had a electric one lying around so i used it. What fuel regs are ppl using?

if your gonna buy a reg you might as well just buy a new mech pump ... the standard pump has good pressure and a really good flow rate

What pump are you using? Most standard replacement elec pumps will do the job. I had a 3psi facet(shit and noisey) and it worked fine. Now have a Pieburg i got for free and its great!

Weber 32/36 wants 2.5 to 3 lbs - same as a stock Datsun 1200 mechanical pump.
