Wow. I didn't understand half of what you said but it sounds like a pain in the ass to get your vehicle registered where you are at. I thought California was bad. I struggled with smog specs for a month. Now we have Arnie(the governator) trying to impress all of the Hollywood douche bags with his new green smog laws. I understand new cars but leave the enthusiasts out of it.

Very interesting you say that. In NSW when I registered my $500 wreck, the guy said what you paid for it and what it's worth is very different things. As he thumbed his way through my 6 page engineer report.
So I added an extra 0 to the value and paid stamp duty on $5000 just to keep him happy.

Bunch of bastards those RTA people.
