I have an oppourtunity to purchase a stock a-15 motor and box, but am not too sure if it will bolt straight into my B310's engine bay?? If there are any mods needed to be carried out, any help would be great, cheers

A14 and A15 are exactly the same when it comes to bolting in.

If the A15 was from a fwd vehicile, I'm not sure.

If it was from an automatic, you'll have to put the clutch pilot bearing in the end of the crankshaft.

In Aus, the B310 also came out with the 120Y type late model A12, which has the same engine mount points as the A15. It is a straight swap.

i have an a15 in my 1980 b310 and it went straight in i have found that there are different lenght throw-out bearing carriers(clutch bearing)ive found 3 so far, i think they are different lenghts to suit different flywheels(thicker flywheel=shorter carrier).you can put your a12 flywheel on the a15, better anyway, dont have to worry about cluth bearing and it's lighter!
