Dude, I don't think anyone will answer, because they don't exist. Well they do, but they are so scarce and far between(have only every read of 2 or 3 in existence) that if you do find one, you'd probably have to rob a bank first to be able to afford it. Search the wiki and this site, and see what you come up with, it's been talked about for a long time now, and there is also someone who was going to manufacture them, but also for a pretty penny.

Where did the few that exist come off, or were they factory racing developed?

not much change from 5000 to have it on the motor running actual cost is around 1200 but you need custom pistons etc
last time i heard of one original one selling publicly it sold for 38,000 aussie dollars and it was in japan and not 100% complete

Better spend less and go for an E15 crossflow head.

A few done for speedway, there is a guy who does them somewhere past Frankston using an a15 block and tapping new threads for a ohc timing cover and re-shaping some water and oil passages.

The angle of the valve setup on E series engines allows huge inlet valve sizing, crossflow of course and factory efi manifolds.
