they are toatally different
chassis rails different widths, 4 bolts each side instead of 2 pretty much nope sums it up, they are two different bits for two different cars

i got it from my brother inlaw when he was in spares $42 bucks cost,
you can see the markup on these, ebay $149+ p/h i no BURSON PARTS carrie them bout 6mths ago
