LOWERING A 620 UTE WITH LEAF SPRINGS ON THE REAR

hey guys
i have lowered the front end i am just wanting to know how to lower the back end.. if anyone could get me a diagram or 2 and some explanations it would be greatly appreciated... cheers joel

lowering blocks! Or get your leaves reset
You may have to mod some other similer style lowering blocks unless they do indeed make em for 620s. Search the albums here for a pic. Its basicaly a spacer between the diff housing and the leaves

depends how much you want to lower it.
your 'plate' will have to be as thick as you want to lower. id be leaning towards a block rather than a plate or stack of plates.

my cousin works at a place called stalker pumps he makes moulds and stuff out of metal so he could make a big block maybe... i am just looking at a cheap option because i have little to no money at the moment and i want my ute to look awesome

have a look at what other members have done.
do a search!! dont cut corners. if you dont have the money , wait till you do. you wont look awesome rolled in a ditch.

yeah nah i wouldnt do a full on dodgy i just didnt know where to start... i wish it was as easy as the fronts but...

I just used some square tubing (I went 2 inch) and drilled a hole to fit the top of the leaf spring and got some longer u bolts

A company called bell tech has lowering blocks as a kit or any parts store should have, or flip your the little spring to drop it also
