and if the rust is just behind the in the bottom of the rear quarter panel and its is just behind the front sill what can i do

and could i use a sill to fix it because its the same shape as the sill

Cut out a cross-section of the original sill panel and take it to a sheet metal shop. They will be able to fold/roll you up a piece that will run the full-length, in whatever thickness you would like.
Are you replacing them yourself?

Bend up a piece of metal as a sample. Something like a strip of sheet metal 30mm in width. Then go talk to the local sheet metal shop.

You could try Southern Sheet Metal, South West trailers etc.

Dont know where you go to school but the Campus has the gear to make your own, as to does Halls Head College.

id say it would be about the same price to go get a sill bent up as it would to buy the ebay ones, expect they ebay ones are paper thin and will probably rust out again in no time

1mm is plenty thick. its like steel plate compared to the metal skin on a 1200.
