Ahh, looking good already. You should have seen the state of my 2Dr when I got it, rust, rust & more rust, also chassis damage repaired at the lowest cost!
You have a good starting point, can't wait to so it finished! might motivate me some more.

With filler Work a lot of it with 120 on an orbital it will take a little longer but you will get a better result. When its starting to get feathered out go to 120 or even 180 on a block, This is all dry sanding to. We stay away from wet work till the final block down for paint. For the lines and any grooves etc wrap a bit of paper around a round piece of wood like a broom handle but thicker. To get lines mask the high side and low side then get some cheap matt black pressure packs and paint the lines in then you just sand up to the lines with the piece of round timber or even plastic pvc pipe etc. then just run over the lot quickly a few times so to lose any sharp edges if any.Hope this helps. Your doin well mate keep it up ay it will be worth it.

Yeah just like DatsAndy said, sometimes when I think I am happy with my repairs I spray a good coat of primer on it & let it dry, then have a really good look at it into the light. I find that it shows up all the crap that I missed (only sprayed 3 cars so far).
