ok, no worries, i read somewhere, they were a popular conversion.. did sunnys come out with them? i can get my hands on one for about $250 - the complete car i mean - 4 door sedan

No ozzy A series got an electronic egnition.. A populer mod is the Petronic Ignition witch is a modification to the original distributer. and there are various other electronic distributer that can be mod'd to fit.

er by "Electronic Ignition" does that include Dizzies with a reluctor instead of points?

I have an engine that came out of a March '77 120Y that has no points - and it's not modified...

Buy a ford escort electronic ignition and change the gear. The wiring is pretty easy too!

do the e15 elec. dizzy conversion, dead easy, and run it with a VL coil. Ends up cheap as and kicks like a mule if you cop a boot. remember, the black/white wire is the positive and the blue is the only wire required on the negative side of the coil. no resistors or anythin else.
