Recent addition to the collection is the Jamie Drummond built 120Y, foe George Fury to contest the Alpine rally from 1092 to 1085. Fitted with a Blydenstein FJ24, approx 280hp at 9500 and 250 ft/lb at 5500, Holinger option type close ratio dogbox, with first to leaft and down, reverse just above, and nup, it's def not a Stanza, and a works full floater five link rear end, with AP lockheed racing brakes at front, and nissan sumitoma fourspot rears.
Shell is all steel, with all glass, even stock bumpers, I cant work out how to post pics, yet!, any info? pm me
It is getting restored to it's 1984 specs, with Jamie Drummonds help, and should be ready mid 2009.
Others in the collection are four Dato Sports 2000's and a Datsun 280Z ( not a zx) but a USA spec 280, used for Group S historoc prod sports racing.
All good in Datsun land!

It could be one of many types of gearboxs that Peter did in the 80's. from a close ratio kit to a GRA 5 speed that is a dogleg box like the stanza. If you shoot me a pic of it I may be able to id it as I work for Peter Holinger.

This car was owned by Wagga's Kevin Roben back in early 90's, it then went to Qld, where it was put into a storage wharehouse for approx 15 years. Its previous owner, Peter Phillips used the motor in a circuit race car for a year in mid 90's, then put it back into the Y.

Hey Benny, I too DL'd that video.

I need to ask though ...that engine sounds like an a-series to me.
