Why not just fit a new 3 row core in place of the 2 row original? I've been quoted $300 for this with a 5 year warranty? I know it's more money but it'll look original and should theoreticely give you 33% more cooling.

yep gemini, got mine for $20 eay to put in and should find a hose that is the right shape easy enough for the top (use 1200 original bottom hose)

Thanks for all the input! I just ordered a new Pulsar radiator from RadiatorBarn.com for under $100 delivered. That should put an end to cooling problems.
