i have just a standard 1200 gx with twin hitachi carbs. and i was thinking to like make a air box so that i can fit a pipe to an air filter nearer to the front.. what i want to ask is.. whats a good thickness for the pipe to be so that it sucks air constanly and works good.. i think it should help a little.. and would look kinda cool

cool thanks man.. i`l try make a nice box when i can find one and get 70cm steel pipe and then fiddle with that for a while.. hopefully gonna find that soon
