All good points that Clyons8 makes,but you will break bolts if they have not been off in 40 years,but no need to slash your wrists when they do.Run a 4.5 or 5mm drill thru the broken bolt,then hand tap a new 6mm thread into the hole you drilled...all easy to do just take your time and buy a handfull of new 6mm bolts(they have a 12mm head)and put them in with a drop of oil on the thread,never have another prob removing them in the future.
