Even 1k with their simplicity can be expensive.

Even my first and second were under $250 dollars.

I'd say the second one I shipped to PNG was the best deal. Until I shipped it up there and paid duty........ The crazy things Datsun people do.

I'm glad to see that 1000's are getting more and more popular but they're beginning to take on the 'classic car price' a little too much.

They also get confused with 1200's which attract a higher price.

I would think that the current "tough times" are influencing the sudden spring in sales. Both in terms of the seller needing money and people receiving the stimulus package(s) putting them in a better position to purchase.

dont forget it is registered, I reckon any running registered car is worth at least 500, then something collectable even more.
