Great work D but would it be better to put the tanks on the ends and make it a dual pass triple core so cooling is kept in check no mater what you do just a thought thats all

Tommo can you explain the improvements as I did read about it on a rotary thread
years ago and memory is not serving.

sorry just worked it all out if you went double pass it would put the inlet and outlet on the same side so maybe triple pass if possible

It is better than the one I imagined as the water flows across and down
compared to this one picture, still either one wouldnt hurt.

yep put me down for 1 ,my dad had a look at the set up and was very impressed with the design work D, He works for a company in melbourne that make radiators for large machinery like caterpillar .........

Ok got the quotes back and the best is 70 USD plus postage
according the drawing and requirements listed.
Now Im doing this because I want one and think its a good
deal, however there could be duty or tax when its enters
so we will need to work out if they can accept a little more
money and ship them out individually once paid for them.
I got a quote for 15 so we should be able to once paid for
get them delivered through the contact person.
The only issue is payment as I have never done this sort of
thing before and since I was encourage by some on this forum
that Chinese made radiator and intercoolers are as good as
japanese or local stuff for a smidgen of the price then I
went ahead and asked. The good thing is that the 70 USD
is not what I was looking for which is about 94-96 AUD plus
postage.
Now if anyone has any ideas how to do the payment thing let
me know as I want to make sure we dont get jibbed.

could you pay the company threw pay pall, because if you did that you could set up a pay pall account where we give you the money and you pay the place on lump sum, or instead we indivually paid the company.
