Yeah true.

I was talking to an old memeber of this forum and he said it just as it is.

'1000 enthusiasts are strange, they love the cars to bits and they'll comment about how much they wish they'd own your ride but when you sell it no one offers what it's worth and all of sudden you can't sell it'.

I'd admit that I'm a tight arse when it comes to complete 1000 cars. My manner of looking at it sees all of the work that needs doing and I automatically label the car over-priced (the cost of transportation as well) completely forgetting that they are collectable.

Put it this way, if this guy were in SA and he called me and said, come grab it for $650 I'd definitely change my tone.
