I need to buy or trade for a turn signal set up ASAP!! I need the part that controls the blinkers and the high beams. The whole assembly that goes around the steering conlumn. Mine is shorting out and won't allow my low beams to stay on unless I hold it in place or I HAVE to drive with my high beams

No difference in coupe vs. sedan, in US form.
Right hand drive vs. Left, might be another story.

Do you have a rear window defroster in your car?

Remove the upper and lower plastic column cover. Then tighten the two screws fixing the T/S assembly to the column. That may fix it, it fixed mine.
