Yes. At least in the US, the A15s use a Hitachi 306, just a variation of the A12 306 carb.

yeah they do in AUS too
 apparently the a-12 carb has bigger jets though so you may want to switch em over

When I originally did my A15 conversion I used the A12 carby because the A15 one had too many extra things coming off it that confused me.
So I assume that the reverse can be done as well...
