Had a good weekend----- dragged home a 1200 coupe with an A13. Had been sitting on a farm for some time.

Fitted another starter motor, battery and some petrol and the bugger fired up no problems.Sounded good and no smoke!

Now the question is what to do with a spare 1200 coupe without a motor?

Marvellous engines!!

Mal. If you get the time, quickly pop the sump and see if it does have the scalloped A12 crank. Pendles from 'woomba has the other A13 and he found a scalloped crank. Be interesting to hear.

There you have it. Two members (that I know of from Aus) with genuine A13's.

Nice work. Now give that 1200 the quick flick!...... nah just playing. They're a great car.

No no, they're building A13's I think.

It wouldn't be far off to assume that they might have original A13's though.

But so far only you and pendles have genuine STAMPED A13 engines.

Nice!
