i was planning on doing the same thing, R31 sedan tank, just cut out the floor of the boot to allow it to fit, because they have an in tank fuel pump, lifer etc, and are set up for Fuel injection. Kev Rowley told me about it a while back, he's done couple i think...

yeah he did the tank in this one also. dont have any pics of the tank, will try take some of the tank and mounts etc. i spent the afternoon getting one of the mounts onto the spring retainer.. was a mission, but i finally did it.. i might get all the plates on the retainers, and the front bellcrank mounts on, then get a wheel alignment done incase i have moved #OOPS# around and then make up the bars.

ok i only got a little bit done today as i had other things to do, and also still forgot to take photos of the tank setup.. so today i just mounted up the other retainer plate thingo, and put together the bellcranks.. i still cant get the spring shackle bolt out, so im going to take it up to the mechanics tomorrow hopefully and get them to put the bellcranks on for me. then i just need my left hand thread bolts, and i can make up the bars and im done!

all this effort! you culd put an extra half leaf in the front side of the leaf springs and you will get rid of tramp.... legal too.

yeah i could have done that, but this isnt costing me anything. it doesnt take that much effort, just a little bit of time, its all fairly basic to make. although i still have not finished it as i am back at work at the moment, will get around to it hopefully next weekend.
