could u still go new at all? i have no idea on price but nissan seem to have alot of spares still for the 1200

I looked at new when I was buying a load of parts from South Africa about 10 years ago. Was about $2000 from memory.
Far too expensive.

FARK THAT!!!!!!

Go and see your local mechanic he might be able to lead you in the right direction, some suspension places can do it, probably best if you ring around.

Like I did, go to an engineer with it in peices and your workshop manual, he will be able to rebuild it, you might have to get the seals through nissan but the other bits he will be able to size up through a bearing supplier.

yea nissan sell there things sooooooooo expensive.. like those plastic globe fitings for dash globes were R300 each!!!! i bought a whole 1400 dash which was exactly the same with everything for that price

I found a place in Pendle hill. Western power steering very helpfull all fixed up now.
