Remember that Nissan ZA orders most of their parts in as requested. They don't have a lot of parts "in stock". So you need to order in advance. Which could be up to 6 weeks.

I'm sure that the local "aftermarket" places would be a different story.

You must have a nice girlfriend who's willing to go into these kind of shops, and also bring them back in her luggage, and have to answer tricky questions on what they are to customs officials.

I'd like to do a Nissan Japan tour. The Japanese Tourist Authority ought to run a Contiki Japan tour with car spare parts as the primary aim.

Hi

The nissan vehicles are manufactured in South africa and a large percentage of parts are produced locally so stock availiability should not be a problem.

If you get a new grill you will have to change your lights as the current version uses rectangular lights.

Hi Joev, trust me.. I've bought stuff from SA twice, and both times, the little trim bits were involved in my order, and they DEFINITELY come from Japan.

Chris.
