Hi boy's
I installed my electronic dizzie this afternoon and, even with the adjustment cranked as far as possible, it is still sitting about 30 degrees btdc.
What have done wrong?
Cheers Matty

Whip it back out and install it on the next tooth. That should get you within the range you need to be in.

Will give that a try.
Should I be rotating it clockwise or anticlockwise?
Thanks again Matty

Not 100% but you have to rotate it the same direction that it turns when the engines running. Not running a dizzy on my a-series anymore so i've forgotten

Just ducked out to the garage and fixed it up.

these look the same as an E15 pulsar dizzy. My 14yr old son fitted one to my b310 picked out an ED falcon coil(pionts coil didnt like it) and wired it in and bobs my uncle. runs as sweet as, cant be too hard?

No the wiring in wasn't hard as it only consists of two wires that need to be attached to the coil. I was simply unsure as to why the timing was so advanced after installation. Not having ever removed a distibutor before I was unaware that moving it a spline over was required.
But congratulations to your 14 year old and of course you for fathering him.
