looks like a nice sedan. If he sells it at that price ($5600 USD), mine will be for sale too!

hey guys... i have actually been speaking with the owners about this one and i also feel/know that 56 is too much but it is very clean, original and running.

what do you feel that a fair price is for this considering that it is 1.) really clean 2.) all original and 3.) running

i will be looking at it this weekend and possibly picking it up. the owner is willing to work with me a little on the price so i wanted to get some experts opinions on what a fair price would be. i don't want to lowball, i think the car has been really well kept.

This is s tough one, as you don't want to insult the seller, honestly I'd say $4000 if you really want it. There have been some clean coupes for $3500 recently. I would print out the ads from the USA & Canada section and show them what the cars go for. This is a classic case of what it is worth to you...............if your happy with the car for the price you paid then who's to say it was to much.

The record paid for a stock 2-dr sedan is $3000 if I recall correctly. Stock coupes have sold for $3500

so $3000 is would be considered high for a 2dr sedan? what condition was the one that sold for $3000?

what would some of the typical problem areas be on 1200's that i should look for on this car?
