Don't know about the grille, but the grille emblem is Datsun 510 (1600)???

I read where he made the grille himself out of some stainless square tubing. And they said the same about needing wider rear wheels.

Rally cars of the era offten had seamingly excesiv flares, waybe to minimise spray or something?
