yeah there's nothing worse than having mooshy valve springs that aren't rated for the lift your cam

can i use this cam on my stock engine i mean all stock internal ... is there any efect using this ( sry noob question )

When your using a cam with more aggressive characteristics than a stock cam you should use stronger valvesprings (ideally mated to the maximum valve lift of the cam and maximum rpm you want to run) to aviod having the valves floating at higher RPMs. Valve float is one step away from bending the valves and possibly doing more damage to the rest of the motor. Pretty sure I'm on the right track with that.

NEW set of MANLEY 39mm/33mm RACE VALVES, KEEPERS, LASH CAPS & GUIDES.
(4) new 39mm intake and (4) new 33mm exhaust, built with 7mm stems, plus (16) keepers, (8) lash caps and (8) valve guides. The keeper groove has not been cut, so your machine shop can set them up for you.
