Will the HEATER CORE from a 120Y B210 fit my '71 LB110 without mods?

No. 1200 heater cores commonly get leaking problems and I would remember if someone else had done this.
I wouldnt be spending any money on the 120y core if i was you.

Have you tried your local Nissan dealer? The B110 heater core is listed in the 2009 parts catalog: 27013-H1001 (orderable).
