if ur going for 18mm disc - might as well use r32 4 pod callipers and s14 discs and u will get the same result and the adapter plates for s13 will fit as bolt on. i bought the r32 callipers (4 piece 2f +2r )for 250 american dollars

yeah i want the R32 brakes but they wont fit in 13 inch wheels and i think i might go for the s13 setup
